Special Shipping Schedule

Kits to Heart is a small, volunteer-run charity, and every care kit is custom-prepared for each request. Because of this, thoughtfully preparing each package usually takes at least one week. The timing also depends on the volume of requests received and U.S. public holidays.

With our volunteer team’s availability and upcoming renovations in mind, please note that shipping may take longer than usual during the following periods:

• Requests placed between October 27 and November 6 → ship on or by November 10.
• For Christmas delivery, requests must be placed by December 5.
• All care kit requests will be paused beginning January 2 and will resume on or by February 13.
• All other kit requests are expected to be shipped within our standard 1-week turnaround.

We encourage you to plan ahead so your care kit arrives when needed. Thank you for your patience and support, which allows us to continue bringing comfort and joy to those facing cancer.
