Special Shipping Schedule

Kits to Heart is a small, volunteer-run charity, and every care kit is custom-prepared for each request. Because of this, thoughtfully preparing each package usually takes at least one week. The timing also depends on the volume of requests received and U.S. public holidays.

With our volunteer team’s availability, please note that shipping may take longer than usual during the following periods:

• All care kit requests placed between August 1 and August 10 will be shipped by August 14. This means the kit may not arrive until the week of August 17.
• All other requests are currently scheduled to ship within our normal window of 5-7 business days.

We encourage you to plan ahead so your care kit arrives when needed. Thank you for your patience and support, which allows us to continue bringing comfort and joy to those facing cancer.
