About the Sessions
Free and open to anyone in the Kits to Heart community, these drop-in sessions are guided by licensed art therapist Lacy Mucklow, MA, MA, ATR-BC, LPAT-S, LCPAT, ATCS, CCTP, CIMHP.
Unwind with a monthly mandala, a sacred circle where you can contain, explore, and express whatever is going on in the moment with you. If you are familiar with mandalas already, feel free to dive into your own artwork.
A mandala meditation is also available for those who may need a little help with some visualization.
For this Art Hive series, mandalas do not have to be symmetrical or geometric, they can include all art forms. Join fellow Kits to Heart participants for a safe space to relieve stress and increase mindfulness!
