Important Update for Volunteers and Donors

With our volunteer team’s availability and upcoming renovation plans, acknowledgments may be delayed for submissions received during these periods:

• October 20–November 6 → acknowledged after November 10
• January 2–February 13 → acknowledged after February 16
• Kit assembly sessions will be paused from January through mid-February 2026

All other submissions outside of these dates follow our standard two-week acknowledgment schedule.

Submissions may still be accepted during these dates, but we highly encourage volunteers and donors to hold onto handmade items or product donations until after these periods for a smoother process.

If you need service verification during these periods, submissions must be received at least one week in advance.
