Size Guidelines
Because our care kits have limited space, please keep your creations within the following size recommendations:
Mini Crochet Animals
- Approximately palm-sized
- (Optional) Keychain attachment is welcome
Larger Crochet Animals
- Approximately the size of an average adult hand
- We cannot accept animals larger than an average adult hand, as they will not fit inside our care kits.
Project Guidelines
Please ensure your crochet animals are:
- Handmade using new, clean materials
- Soft, securely stitched, and durable
- Firmly stuffed so they hold their shape
- Free of loose yarn ends or small pieces that could easily detach
- Suitable for adult cancer patients of all ages and genders
- Embroidered eyes (vs plastic safety eyes) are preferred for durability
